Börek Simit Cafe begins with these small, everyday pleasures. Our idea is simple: bring the warmth of Turkish bakery culture to a place that feels easy to walk into, and comfortable to stay in.
02 / WHY SIMIT & BÖREK
Two favourites.
Endless reasons.
Simit is a sesame-covered bread ring: crisp at the edges, soft inside, and very good with tea. Börek brings fine pastry layers and comforting savoury fillings to the table.
They’re the sort of food you don’t need to dress up for. Just tear a piece, pass the plate, and make yourself at home.
